Hello guys. most of university student feel worry just now because next week is our final exam..are you ready guys????
even though our final exam will be run only a few days, I still not ready enough.. why?? of cause you face it also, we still have assignment.. is it true? yes..if you ask me how I feel just now, I will say, I am tired. sleep late at the night and wake up early at the morning..
sometime I feel very upset.. (haha)..so here I give you some way how to stay happy every morning even your day is full of work..
1) Wake up and say " Thank God because you give me another one day again to leave in this world", or pray based on your religion.
2) Take a bath! yes this is important to maintain your freshness ..not need to rush, just do it slowly and you will be feel more be relax. Sometime there are people does not bath at the morning cause they will be sleepy at their class or lost attention.
3) Be happy! every time you wake up, I recommended to sing a song that help you to feel more happy. Maybe its look very simple but the result is impressed! believe me!. be careful, you need to look what type of song that you want to sing because a sad song cause you fell sad and a happy song will bring you to be happy.
4) Smart dressing. Don't be grumpy, a smart dressing help you to be confident among people around you!!
5) Take a breakfast. Don't let your stomach empty because it will cause your body lost energy.
